Antipyretic, analgesic & anti-inflammatory.
Dosage/Direction for Use
Childn
20 mg/kg body wt/day.
Childn 12 yr
2 tsp,
5-11 yr
1-2 tsp,
1-4 yr
½ tsp. All doses to be taken qid.
Administration
Should be taken with food: Take immediately after meals.
Contraindications
Patient in whom aspirin & other NSAIDs induce symptoms of asthma, peptic ulceration.
Special Precautions
History of bronchial asthma, pregnancy.
Adverse Reactions
Nausea, GI intolerance, skin rashes.
